Design + Nature: ARC's International Wildlife Crossing Infrastructure Design Competition

A video on a design competition to build the best wildlife crossing for a highway in Colorado. It's 12 min long but definitely worth a look. This can definitely apply to many parts of the world (including large parts of Canada). I especially like the multi-disciplinary nature of how the different design teams came up with a potential solution. Ecologists, engineers and landscape architects (just to name a few), came together to propose a design. More of the world's problems need this type of design collaboration. Gmail's Smart Labels

Priority Inbox was the killer app for email, and now Smart Labels will build on that. Looking forward to play around with it. For those of you with Gmail, enable Smart Labels in Labs.
